What is your biggest achievement to date?

“Getting married, having two fantastic children and playing and scoring for England during my rugby career.

How did you get to where you are today?

“I’m an ex-professional rugby player. Coming back to coach at BGS came about after a cup of tea with members of the Games Department and an interview with the Head.

What are your fondest memories of Bradford Grammar School?

“My friends and playing rugby matches in three feet of snow!

How did Bradford Grammar School prepare you for further study/your career?

“On reflection, the whole experience at BGS gave me a fantastic grounding for life after school. It made me realise that you have to work hard to achieve in life.

What advice would you give to current pupils at Bradford Grammar School?

“Realise and understand the opportunities that BGS provides. Push your limits, do everything to the best of your ability and make an effort to keep in touch with your schoolmates.
